Join us this May Day (May 1st, 2025) as we come together to demand a city that puts workers before billionaires. While chaos and corporate greed run rampant at the federal level, we’re drawing a hard line here at home. Our local leaders must stand with us. Not sell us out. We are the workers who keep this city running. From transit to teaching, nursing to cleaning, building to caregiving — we are the backbone of this place. And we are done being ignored.

This May Day, we show up in force to remind our leaders: you were elected to represent us.

Let’s raise our voices, build collective power, and organize for a city that truly works for all of us.

This family-friendly event includes live music and dance entertainment, food, paletas, kids activities, and at 5:30pm a peaceful march beginning and ending at the park in support of workers rights.
