Mixed Record for U.S. in Prosecuting Terror Cases

The U.S. government is using an arsenal of weapons -- including broader powers for searches and surveillance -- to bring alleged terrorists to court. But it has a mixed record when it comes to terrorism prosecutions, in some cases admitting to errors in prosecuting defendants. Hear NPR's Libby Lewis.
