UPDATE: West Mesa HS Student Pickup Resumed - Friday, Feb. 25
UPDATE: As of 10:21 a.m., Students can now be picked up from West Mesa High School. The shelter in place has been lifted. Again, we thank you for your patience.
As of 10:06 a.m., Police have asked that West Mesa High School remain in a shelter in place due to an investigation of a shooting near the school. Families will need to wait until the shelter in place is lifted to pick up their students. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience.
As of 9:24 a.m., West Mesa families are being asked to pick up their students from the school as soon as they can. Please enter the school from the west on Fortuna. Students who parked in the parking lot on 64th Street west of the school also will need to be picked up due to a police investigation in that area.
As of 8:33 a.m., West Mesa HS is in a shelter in place due to a police investigation in the area.
